Chocolate actually has powerful health benefits when eaten raw as cacao. That is because cacao is the raw form without the natural fat (cocoa butter) or any added sugar or sweeteners. Then it has just the tons of vitamins and antioxidant properties. In fact, many believe that cacao is the number one antioxidant in the world.


It contains a natural ingredient of flavanol, with so many amazing heart healthy benefits, including the reduction of blood clotting and even lowering blood pressure. Many experts say it contains 15 times more antioxidants than blueberries!!

It also contains many essential vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E and magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese.
